Ventura County Legal AidClinic Queue & Intake System
Ventura County Legal Aid runs free walk-in civil law clinics, which it coordinates today with paper intake forms and attorney sign-in sheets. We're building a clinic queue and intake system reliable enough to use in the middle of a busy session. Staff will see attorney capacity and wait times live, and clients will spend less time waiting.

ECOSLOTree Nursery Inventory & Planting Tracker
ECOSLO is building a tree nursery for its community planting program. We're building the tracker that runs it. It follows every tree from seedling to planting: species, health, spot in the nursery, whether it's ready, and where it's going, from city parks to homeowners' yards.

Restorative PartnersWalk-In Visitor Tracker
Restorative Partners in San Luis Obispo tracks walk-in visitors by hand. We're building a visitor tracking app that runs on their own Google Cloud, with CSV export for grant reporting. When it's done, we hand over the source code, deployment setup and documentation so their staff can run it without us.
